Face-to-face

2. A follow-up face-to-face meeting to outline the process and agree the meeting or training outcomes.

Additional support for mediation clients

I can provide optional additional support to help each party to prepare for the meeting and open up the channels of communication. We can meet in person, by phone or online meeting.

A mediation session generally lasts approx. 3 hours. Each individual is given the space to be heard and understood. Concerns are addressed and the meeting outcomes are agreed.
